Tom turned professional at age 23 after attending Jacksonville University. He has played in numerous professional events and has been a qualified Instructor for the past ten years. Tom has studied under some of the most renowned teachers in the country, all of which are currently ranked in the Top 100 Instructors in the USA. Besides his excellent teaching of the physical side of the golf swing, Tom has an in-depth knowledge of the psychological aspects of the game. Bob Byman, Instructor / PGA Golf Professional – Private Golf School
Bob competed on the PGA Tour and won Arnold Palmer’s first Bay Hill Classic in Orlando, Florida. Bob has 12 wins worldwide and was ranked in the top 25 players in the world for three years. Bob has over 25 years of experience teaching and coaching golf. All of his students (from beginner to PGA Tour professionals) have greatly benefited from his presentation of time tested fundamentals.
Jack Gibson, Instructor / PGA Golf Professional – Private Golf School
Receive personalized golf instruction from one of our most experienced and outstanding PGA professionals, Jack Gibson. Individual or two person sessions, from one to five days, consisting of five hours each day with personalized instruction from Jack that includes lunch at La Quinta Country Club. Each golf school is tailored to fit the needs and desires of the student. All aspects of the game are covered from driver and fairway woods, irons shots, short game, bunker play, and putting. A nine-hole playing lesson is customary, where you can try out what you learned on the practice tee. While on the golf course, you will learn course strategy, pre-shot routine, trouble shots, and visualization. Jack’s expertise in teaching all levels of golfers makes the learning process enjoyable and memorable.
Lee Bonse, Director of Instruction / PGA Golf Professional – Private Golf School
Lee is the resident golf professional at the Ocotillo Golf Resort in Chandler, Arizona. A thirty-year Class A PGA Professional, Lee’s golfing talent took him to the PGA Tour in 1969 through 1974. Lee has competed in the US Open as well as three Canadian Opens and many other tour events. Lee was the head professional at the Casper Country Club for over 25 years, where he ran a first class golf operation and developed a reputation as one of the Rocky Mountain area best teachers. Lee’s outstanding teaching ability and in-depth knowledge of the golf swing allow him to help beginning golfers as well as the most polished tour player. Lee’s success stories are numerous and his students return regularly to improve their games even more.
